Showcasing its commitment to first-class customer services and experiences, Auto Bavaria continued its winning streak at the BMW Group Malaysia Dealer Awards Night 2021, receiving the coveted Diamond Award for its customer loyalty programme, the BMW Excellence Club. As the longest-serving and largest BMW-authorised dealership group in Malaysia, this marks the eleventh consecutive year that Auto Bavaria has received the award since 2010.
The BMW Group Malaysia Dealer Awards Night is held annually to celebrate outstanding dealerships throughout the BMW network in Malaysia, recognising achievements in sales, aftersales, service operation excellence and contribution to overall business performance. The employees of Auto Bavaria were lauded for their dedication to customer service excellence, bagging a total of 42 awards under the 13 categories.
