Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, opened its doors to its latest Ford 3S showroom in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. With an investment of RM16.6 million, this marks its largest 3S showroom in Penang, the significant addition to Auto ConneXion’s extensive network in the Northern region demonstrates its unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional customer-driven experiences to Ford enthusiasts in Malaysia.

The 46,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility exudes seamlessness, comfort and quality service. Customers are greeted with personalised service by a concierge upon arrival. The welcoming interior provides a comfortable space for customers to enjoy their Ford Experience while digital and streamlined processes ensure optimised efficiency, from vehicle enquiries to aftersales service. The incorporation of Ford's Digital Sales Tools further enhances the interactive and efficient process. Backed by a team of 38 highly trained sales and aftersales consultants, customers can expect an exceptional experience aligned with Ford’s global standards.
The showroom has been meticulously designed in compliance with Ford’s Signature identity, creating a welcoming and customer-focused environment. The showroom boasts six display vehicles and a dedicated vehicle delivery room designed to enhance the Ford ownership experience. With a total of 16 service bays and a spare parts centre, the facility is well-equipped to address a range of maintenance and repair needs. This reflects Auto ConneXion’s dedication to enhancing accessibility, enriching customer service and solidifying the Ford brand experience across Malaysia.
Auto ConneXion’s latest 3S centre is located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang. The showroom operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sundays and public holidays. Aftersales services are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
Additionally, in the vicinity of seven kilometers, the new 28,000 square foot Body & Paint Centre offers a comprehensive range of services that include vehicle body repair, spray painting, windscreen replacement and polishing. The centre is equipped with five mechanical service bays, with the capacity to service up to 20 vehicles for body repair per month.
