With the GWM WEY G9 Hi4 PHEV approaching the milestone of 2,000 units delivered nationwide, the introduction of the HEV variant gives Malaysians another way to enjoy the same First Class experience, with greater flexibility to choose the powertrain that best suits their driving needs.

Powered by GWM’s advanced Hi4 (Hybrid Intelligent 4WD) technology, the GWM WEY G9 Hi4 HEV combines the performance and capability of four-wheel drive with the efficiency of two-wheel drive. Its hybrid powertrain features a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, 4-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT), dual electric motors and a 1.67 kWh hybrid battery, delivering a combined output of 358 PS and 782 Nm of torque for responsive acceleration and confident performance.
