Go Auto Sales Sdn Bhd, (“HAVAL Malaysia” or “the Company”) the exclusive distributor for Haval SUV in Malaysia proudly preview its new Haval H9 model at the recent Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) Autoshow 2018 which is scheduled to be officially launch toward the end of 2018.
“We first announced the news of bringing more HAVAL SUVs in the market last year and with this preview; we are looking forward to launch the Haval H9 model later this year. I must emphasise this new model is definitely part of our efforts to open the opportunity to Malaysian the options to own a SUV at a competitive price in this particular segment,” said Dato’ SM Azli SM Nasimuddin Kamal, Executive Director of Go Auto Group.
The H9 model comes with 2.0L turbocharging direct injection with a 4-cylinder 16-valve, double VVT engine producing 160 horsepower and 324Nm torque. The SUV is engineered and equipped with safety in mind featuring advanced comprehensive active and passive safety features such as Electronic Stability Program (ESP) system by Bosch, Hill Descent and Ascent Control, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) alongside Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD), Tyre Pressure Monitor System, Intelligent Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) as well as 6 airbags ensuring optimal protection for driver and passengers.
The indicative price for H9 model will be below RM200,000. The Haval H9 will be available in 2 variants – Luxury and Ultra and available in five colours which are Alaskan White, Ebony, Sleek Silver, Kakadu and Bronze.
HAVAL Malaysia plans to further expand its export market to Myanmar and Philippines aside from the current export market under the Company which are Cambodia, Brunei, Batam, Indonesia. The Company targets 2,650 units for total sales volume this year – to date, since its operation from 2014 till 2017 the total sales volume is 4,500 units.
HAVAL Malaysia is recently started its Reimagine Campaign with current promotion offering new customers and current Haval owners who are interested to purchase new SUVs with savings up to RM3000.
