Bermaz Motor recently opened its latest Mazda branch and 3S Centre in Jelutong, Georgetown – Penang. Strategically located on one of the major roads of Penang, this outlet provides easy access for customers from both sides of Penang (mainland and island).
Bermaz’s investment in this new 3S Centre demonstrates their commitment to further strengthen their retail brand presence in Penang. With a built-up area of 24,138 sq ft and land area of 39,992 sq ft, the Mazda Jelutong 3S Centre is one of the largest outlets in Malaysia. Complete with Mazda’s latest global visual identity, this new outlet is able to cater to a larger capacity in terms of sales and after-sales service to serve the growing customer base in Penang.
Mazda Jelutong’s showroom has a maximum display capacity of 14 Mazda vehicles and is a full-fledged 3S centre equipped with 7 work bays capable of servicing up to approximately 500 vehicles a month, providing standard maintenance and repair jobs. Bermaz technicians are trained and certified to provide professional services for our customers.
The new outlet is a complete one-stop solution for sales, car trade-in, financing, and after-sales services, to provide their customers better service and greater convenience. From purchase to ownership, the 28 member team at Mazda Jelutong is dedicated to delivering the Mazda Peaceful Ownership experience to customers.
Penang customers can also opt for Mazda Mobile Service Unit – offering owners convenient car servicing and maintenance at their doorstep at no additional costs.

All new Mazda vehicles registered will enjoy 5 Years/100,000km Manufacturing Warranty and 3 Years/60,000km Free Maintenance according to manufacturer’s standards. Mazda customers will enjoy an absolute 3 year free scheduled maintenance; including labour, parts, and lubricants. The 5 Years Manufacturing Warranty and 3 Years Maintenance applies to all models except the BT-50 pickup.
Mazda Mobile Service Unit provides owners convenient car servicing and maintenance at their doorstep. At no additional costs, the Mobile Service Unit will travel for service appointments anywhere within the Klang Valley and Penang region. The types of services rendered are scheduled maintenance for vehicles within the 3 years/60,000km time period, inspection and replacement of battery, wiper blades, brake pads, brake fluids and auto-transmission fluid. The Mazda Mobile Service Unit carries an extensive list of equipment, including a fully equipped tool set, 2.5 ton aluminium quick-jack capable of lifting a CX-5 and BT-50, the Mazda Mobile Diagnostic System (MMDS) to conduct assessments on various electronic circuits, a generator on-board for electricity consumption
