Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS), the one-stop automotive service provider offering top-notch maintenance and repair services for passenger vehicles, has established a new customer touchpoint on Malaysia’s leading digital financial services and lifestyle app, TNG eWallet.
Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis customers can now make appointments and payments via TNG eWallet when scheduling a vehicle service, with over 50 Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis service centres nationwide to choose from.
The innovative partnership with TNG Digital, the operator of TNG eWallet, simplifies the booking process while offering customers Rahmah packages starting from only RM109 when booked through TNG eWallet, with professional maintenance and repair services available for Nissan and a wide range of vehicle brands, including national brands such as Proton and Perodua, popular Japanese makes like Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Mazda and Subaru, as well as other brands including Hyundai and Kia, among others.
The collaboration between Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis and TNG Digital was inked in a ceremony held at the headquarters of TNG Digital in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. Present on behalf of Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis were Kay Fock Soon, Head of Business Unit, accompanied by Daniel Foong Weng Heng, Head of Operations while Sheikh Zulfadli Bin Sheikh Zuljallaly, Senior Associate Director, Offline Payment, Mobility & Government Services and Jonathan Tan, Associate Director, Parking & Mobility Ecosystem represented TNG Digital.

>Launch the TNG eWallet app on your mobile device
>Use the search bar at the top of the homepage and type “Tan Chong”
>Select Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Service (TCEAS) mini program
>Select your preferred service package
>Choose your preferred service centre and appointment date
>Complete payment via TNG eWallet
>Once payment is verified, the chosen TCEAS service centre will contact the customer to confirm the appointment
